Underground Mobile Maintenance Frontline Supervisor

We are expanding our team and looking for an Underground Maintenance Front Line Supervisor at our Leeville operation. In this vital role within the Underground Maintenance team, you will oversee the maintenance workforce, ensuring efficient and safe operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and guide the underground maintenance workforce, promoting a culture of safety and accountability.

• Implement and oversee maintenance and repair plans within a productive work environment, adhering to company policies and procedures.

• Collaborate with operational teams to minimize risks, maximize asset value, and drive safety, quality, and cost management initiatives.

• Perform additional duties as assigned to support the overall maintenance operations.

Required Qualifications:

• Two (2) years of underground mobile maintenance experience

• Proven track record of safe work practices

• Strong team collaboration abilities

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

• Outstanding organizational and time management capabilities

• Ability to work rotating day/night shifts

• Detail-oriented with demonstrated accuracy in work

Preferred Qualifications:

• Five (5) years of underground mining experience

• Three (3) years in supervisory or leadership roles

• Proficiency with computer systems and software

• Experience with maintenance management systems
